We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier delays.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders.
(Some remote locations may have additional shipping charges. If applicable, these will be shown at checkout.)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Petnora is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a reshipping fee.
